OUR WORKING PROCESS
REQUEST & CONSULTATION
– Upon receiving the customer’s inquiry, TIFF’s specialists will gather further details and provide consultation on service packages, suitable decoration styles, and materials tailored to the venue and the couple’s preferences.
– A site visit to the wedding home venue will be arranged (if necessary).
– A detailed quotation will be provided for each decoration item along with the estimated total cost.
CONTRACT SIGNING
– After reaching an agreement on the design and budget, both parties will proceed to sign a service contract.
– The client will make a deposit based on the terms agreed upon in the contract.
DESIGN & REVISIONS
– Based on the gathered information, the design team will create initial decoration concepts and layouts.
– 3D renderings (if available) will help the client visualize the decorated space more clearly.
– Revisions and additions will be made according to the client’s requests (if any).
SETUP & HANDOVER
– The client will review and approve the completed decoration setup.
– Final handover and payment of the remaining balance will be completed.
